Mini Tuna Pizza Recipe | Resepi Pizza Mini Tuna

It has been a long time since I posted savory recipe.  In this recipe I teach how to make dough and topping. Not sure how you prefer your dough texture like, but me, personally love soft and airy crust but not too thick.

I only use HEINZ FIERY tomato sauce but of course you can make your own tomata sauce. I find a light tomato sauce goes well with this recipe, so it doesnt over powering the tuna taste. You may use any vegetable available from your kitchen. As for cheese Im using mozzarella & local spicy cheese.

Mini Tuna Pizza Recipe | Resepi Pizza Mini Tuna

Ingredients

  • 2 cup bread/ all purpose flour | 2 cawan tepung roti/gandum/serbaguna
  • 1 cup + 1 tablespoon warm water | 1 cawan + 1 sudu besar air suam
  • 1 teaspoon yeast | 1 sudu kecil yis
  • 1 tablespoon sugar | 1 sudu besar gula
  • 2 tablespoon vegetable oil | 2 sudu besar minyak sayuran
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt | 1/2 sudu kecil garam
  • 1 teaspoon italian mix herbs | 1 sudu kecil herba campuran itali
  • 1 can of tuna (160g) | 1 tin tuna (160g)
  • 3 tablespoon mayonnaise | 3 sudu besar mayonis
  • salt to taste | garam ikut rasa
  • black pepper to taste | lada hitam ikut rasa
  • lemon juice to taste | jus lemon ikut rasa
  • mix vegetable | campuran sayur
  • your choice of cheese | keju pilihan anda
  • tomato sauce | sos tomato

Instructions

  1. Mix water, sugar & yeast. Let it bubble. | Campur air, gula & yis. Biarkan ia berbuih.
  2. In a bowl mix flour,salt & italian mix herb. Pour in the yeast mixture. | Dalam mangkuk campur tepung, garam dan herba campuran. Tuangkan campuran yis ke dalam mangkuk.
  3. Knead until the surface is smooth, around 8-10 minutes. | Uli hingga permukaannya licin dalam 8-10 minit.
  4. Coat inside of the bowl & dough with oil, cover and let it double in size. | Sapu minyak pada dalam mangkuk dan adunan, tutup dan biarkan ia kembang 2 kali ganda.
  5. Degas the dough and divide to 7 pieces equally.| Buang angin dari adunan dan bahagi kepada 7 sama rata berat.
  6. Cover and let it rest for 10 minutes | Tutup dan biarkan ia rehat selama 10 minit.
  7. In another bowl mix tuna, mayonnaise, salt, pepper and lemon juice | Campur tuna, mayonis, lada hitam, garam dan jus lemon dalam mangkuk lain.
  8. Flatten the dough and put tomato sauce, tuna mixture, mix vegetable & cheese on top of it. | Ratakan adunan dan letak sos tomato, campuran tuna, campuran sayur & keju di atasnnya.
  9. Bake for 180C for 13-15 minutes. | Bakar pada suhu 180C selama 13-15 minit.
